Lee Mechanical Contractors, Inc. has provided project management, construction management, and direct construction expertise in thousands of projects over the past 30 years.  At Lee Mechanical, we consider the planning, scheduling, and monitoring effort to be the leadership core of any construction project.
As part of a project construction team, we must communicate specific information and interface effectively, not only within our organization, but also with all the members of the project team.  This requires the production of a realistic project plan and schedule that is developed, implemented, and monitored by disciplined means.  The work plan must demonstrate that we have thought through the scope of work, understand the complexities of the project, and are prepared to have our personnel execute the work in a timely, efficient manner.

Pipe Rack and Pipe Modules - 2015

We had to fabricate all the steel to make a pipe bridge then load it on trucks to ship to the galvanizer and then to a fire proofer. Once all the members were fire proofed, the steel was brought back to us and assembled inside our fabrication shop in predetermined lengths.

The sections of the bridge were approximately 14’-8” square and ranged from 45’ long to 76’ long.
They were moved out of our shop on skates and loaded on trailers using a 55 ton crane and a 120 ton crane. 3The trailer would then take them to a location in our yard where they were then unloaded for pipefitters to install piping where it was required and for a fire proofing crew to fill in the block out sections that were required for assembly. After all processes were complete and went through QC they were loaded on trailers and shipped to the job site.
